EMS, through electrodes built into the power suit you’ll wear during your FastFit workout, sends electronic impulses to your muscles so that they contract more frequently.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FIRST SESSION

1. Gear Up

All you need is to slip into the FastFit Power Suit for your workout: be it cycling, yoga, boxing. Or you can use our app for our custom FastFit fitness routines.

2. Power Up

Once you’re outfitted, use the FastFit app to power on the suit, and fine tune our EMS technology to your needs and comfort level.

3. Move

We’ll take you through a 20-minute routine designed to bring out your personal best. You’ll work up a sweat, but the time will fly by.

4. Go Live Life

Take off your suit. Take a shower. You will be energized and free to do more with your day.
